The simple fact that the agent ONLY fired at her as she was driving forward TOWARDS him, and his bullet went through the FRONT WINDSHIELD, NOT THE SIDE WINDOW proves that she couldn't care less if she hit him as she did, otherwise she would NOT have hit the gas!

That's how laws work. What you "think" is immaterial. There was REASAONABLE belief that he would be harmed and shot to take away the threat. NOT a "self defense" claim, but one of how the LAW SAID WAS A REASONABLE RESPONSE.
