  A rabbit, a buzzard and a turtle were walking down a road when they came across a farm. The farmer had his life packed up and was driving away. He told the trio the farm has been barren for years, and he was giving up. They could have the deed for free if they wanted to try their luck at growing crops.

The three accepted the offer. They summarized the farmer was not fertilizing the crops as he should, and they drew straws as to who would go into town to get fertilizer for the farm. Rabbit lost, and so off to town he went. Meanwhile, the buzzard and the turtle started digging around and struck oil.

​​​​​ They are suddenly rich and immediately build a mansion on the property. Quite some time has passed since the rabbit has gone. He returns to the farm and discovers a mansion. Upon knocking on the door, the butler answers. Rabbit inquires 'Where is buzzard?" Butler: Mr Buz-zard? oh he is out in the yard. Rabbit: How about turtle? Butler: Mr Tur-tel? He is down in the well.

Rabbit: Well, you tell Mr. Buz-zard out in the yard, and Mr. Tur-tel down in the well that Mr. Rab-bit is here with the ****!
 

You would think the farmer would have asked the turtle why the buzzard wasn't talking to anyone and the Turtle said it had a hare in its throat.
