Pretti was not a peaceful protestor.He was impeding law enforcement who trying to catch a suspect. He mad a move towards the agent, was in his face WHILE carrying a firearm.
Video analyzed by CNN so far does not capture any violent actions by protesters, who blow whistles and yell at federal agents – nor does it show Pretti acting violently or holding the handgun that a federal officer removed from his waistband seconds before he was killed.
“I see nothing that Mr. Pretti did that was unlawful,” said Rob Doar, the president of Minnesota Gun Owners Law Center. “The narrative that’s been coming out (of the administration) afterwards, I think is going to have a chilling effect … it’s going to confuse people about the rights that they actually have.”
Pretti was a legal gun owner who was licensed to carry a concealed weapon. Minnesota law allows permit holders to carry firearms in public, including at protests. The government’s claim that he was armed and provoking violence is at odds with videos and witness statements circulating publicly.

The left will never understand that it was illegal for that guy to take a gun AND AMMO to a protest.
I'm truly sorry the guy lost his life...but he killed himself. The left won't like me for saying that, because it implies "Accountability".
