Why did the lady approach the officers in the first place?

She was also a protestor. I would like to know if she was preventing ICE from doing their job, like most of the protestors there are doing. This matters, because if she had not interfered, then Pretti would still be alive. She indirectly killed him.

At :35, it appears the Border Patrol ran up to and pushed the woman to the pavement. Noem is lying. The video does not match what she says.

Are we watching the same video. At 0.35 , she kept approaching the ICE agents and ICE was pushing her away. She kept coming and coming. Where exactly are you seeing ICE approaching her?

Are you referring to the part where the ICE agents are walking from the road toward the sidewalk in front of a car, and the trollop comes running up beside the car and jumps in front of them, blocking their travel and running her cocksucker, and then captain saveaho runs to her defense?

My "different question" to ask:
Why do we try these cases in the court of public opinion?

Whether or not that I care about it at all has no bearing on the legal proceedings.
My apparent apathy belies my motive. I'm sick of bickering with fellow mere spectators.

To me I see collateral damage as the Four Year Mess gets mopped up.
I want very little to do with either side of it. LEO needs to step in so criminals get uncomfortable.

33 to .35, this is the officer approaching the woman. .37, the officer sprays Pretti. Moving forward, it seems that Pretti was protecting the woman. The officer pulls him away from the woman, and several officers intervene, restraining him, seizing his firearm, and executing him. Did you observe him brandishing the weapon? I did not. In the State of Minnesota, when properly licensed, individuals are permitted to carry a firearm to a protest. This pertains to the Second Amendment. This concerns Trump and his administration's assertion that one cannot carry a firearm to a protest. From my perspective, Pretti, before assisting the woman, did not confront an officer in an aggressive manner. It was only after the officers began to force him to the ground that he began to resist. Resisting arrest. Keep in mind, no weapon was brandished. During the arrest, a firearm was identified. They confiscated that firearm. Subsequently, we witnessed an execution. Were the officers frightened? Certainly, cowardly and untrained individuals become fearful when they are uncertain of their actions.

Exercise of the 1st amendment which includes filming law enforcement cannot be an excuse for criminalizing exercise of the 2nd amendment. Being armed while being detained cannot be grounds for summary execution.

She is getting her focus shifted evidently to focus on the border and away from the internal mass deportation warfare.
