Judge today denied a preliminary injunction sought in a lawsuit filed by state Attorney General Keith Ellison and the mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
It argued that the Department of Homeland Security is violating constitutional protections. The lawsuit sought a quick order to halt the enforcement action or limit its scope. HOWEVER, Federal lawyers with the U.S. Department of Justice have called the lawsuit “legally frivolous.”... and also, the government’s recent victory at the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, has caused this Federal judge to state that “If that injunction went too far, then the one at issue here — halting the entire operation — certainly would,”... and permitted ICE operations to continue !!
It doesn't look like the Minneapolis Democrat Party doesn't have a leg to stand on... THE NEXT issue the needs to be decided and corrected... is the legality of "Sanctuary Cities"... BUT, at LEAST for NOW... ICE Operations WILL CONTINUE !!

The DEMOCRATS who are currently in charge of Minnesota are CORRUPT to the CORE... I talked to a family a couple weeks ago from Minnesota, and asked them about what was going on in Minneapolis... ALL they could do was shake their heads and say it WAS NOT the Minnesota they grew up in... BUT if you stop and think about it... the Somali's claim to fame in their home country is PIRACY !
