Put a 6 foot wide ring of wood chips around the garden yesterday...a foot deep....all soft maple wood chips tree trimmers around the area dumped a **** load of it out back.  Trying something new this year!

Got a lot left.....I would let you have some but it's a lot of work...we all know how you feel about that

I guess you could dump it in a pile and lay around in it

I saw a video on an Ahmish vertical grow for potatoes 3 ft Diameter wirre cage 4 ft high..  Plant a layer every two weeks.
Fingerlings are prized at the grocery store.  I was thinking about getting the guys book.

line up some oak limbs....drill holes on the limbs and hammer these plugs into the limbs

usually two harvests a year but you can force more if you know how

This isn't how I do it....I don't let the limbs touch the ground because of contamination...put up on concrete blocks

the plugs are usually between 12 and 20 bucks
