Because there is nothing in it for Israel. 

Overthrowing Venezuela benefitted Israel, because Iran's regime and Venezuela's regime worked closely with each other.  They both had mutual beneficial interests against Israel..not anymore. Overthrowing the Iranian regime obviously benefits Israel. Israel wants the whole middle East. There is no benefit for Israel to overthrow Cuba. So, the people there are out of luck.

Your mind has no concept of the universal method of sustaining kinetic existence in plain sight. USA doesn't need to overthrow Cuba's methods of governance started in 1958.
