Once again, TRUMP is putting Americans FIRST. Why were they ever giving foreign nationals these loans in the first place? These are backed by of tax dollars. They can go back to their home country and get a loan from their own government. If you are not an American citizen, have overstayed your "visa" or allotted time here, GET THE **** OUT OF MY COUNTRY.
