Russia’s been getting troops, drones, shells, and backup from Belarus, Iran, China, and North Korea… After four years of fighting, Russia has gained roughly 200–300 square miles of net territory basically the size of a medium‑sized county here in Florida.

At this rate, they should reach the rest of Ukraine sometime around 2055. Maybe 2060 if mud season is especially emotional for the ****. Oh, and I'm sure Russia won't be receiving anymore drones from Iran.
