It's becoming expensive accommodating Stupid..
First we needed 180 billion for ICE.....because "invasion"..
Then we need to cram another 500 billion into the Department of War
Don't forget the Threat of Alien Votes.
Now we will meed to fund ICE. to protect The Homeland from the Stupid **** the Department of War did, while reloading the Department of War....so it can do more stupid ****.

Edit - on further investigation, every country on earth does this.
