Who's a net tax positive and who's a net tax negative?
Non-Hispanic Whites: 59% of the population pay 70%-75% of taxes
Hispanics: 19% of the population pay 10%-12% of taxes
Blacks 13% of the population pay 6%-8% of taxes
Asians: 6% of the population pay 8%-10% of taxes
Other: 3% of population pay 4%-6% of taxes
