Usually, gas prices are not based on one thing alone. Many factors go into it. However, this time, there is only one reason. The Iran war. Iran cut off oil supply that counted for 20% of the global oil reserve. Gas prices skyrocketed. Here we are. Now, I am still not convinced that America was at risks for being nuked by Iran. Yes, they wanted to, but wanting to nuke us and having the capability to nuke us are very different things. If they had completed a working nuclear program, then Israel would definitely be at risk...but **** them. They are committing genocide, so Karma is a bitch.

Another example of Israel finding a way to get us to do their dirty work.

There is another perspective. I see the civilians celebrating. I have researched the horrors that have endured for 45 years. Some may say, "well then they need to be the ones to overthrow their regime. After all, that is what America did to Britain back in the day." The difference is that Americans still had weapons and guns. That made it easier. Not easy, but possible. Iran is the real life example of why the second amendment was put in place. They have no guns. All they have is their bodies charging forward. Nothing else. So far, 40k of their civilians have been killed. How many unarmed Americans are willing to do the same for America?

A big part of the recent jump is tied to the war involving Iran, because it has disrupted oil and fuel flows through the Strait of Hormuz, a key route for global energy shipments. Reuters reported U.S. gas prices rose sharply after the conflict escalated on February 28, and by March 11 the national average had climbed to about $3.58 per gallon.

of interest? I told you, you told me, so yeah "what we thought" this is AIPAC and Israel influence on Trump.

Top counterterrorism official Kent resigns over Trump's Iran war, says Iran posed no imminent threat  Image

WASHINGTON (AP) — Joe Kent, the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, announced his resignation on Tuesday, citing his concerns about the justification for military strikes in Iran and saying he “cannot in good conscience” back the Trump administration’s war.

“Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby,” Kent said in a statement posted on social media, making claims President Donald Trump has denied.

Kent, a former political candidate with connections to right-wing extremists, was confirmed to his post last July on a 52-44 vote.
^^that right there is a bitch slap to the MAGA party.

Exactly. America was and is under no threat from Iran. Just because they want us dead doesn't mean that they are a threat., Hell, there are nations with flea infested villages that want us dead. So? Iran had no capability to launch a nuke at us. Even if their nuclear program was complete. It couldn't reach us. It could reach Israel. But oh well.

You know who would love to nuke us and has a larger nuclear arsenal than the US? Russia. They could land nukes easily on us. Yet, we don't consider them a threat for some reason. **** Israel. They are always starting ****.

trump caused the riots that got
 the protesters killed
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

President Trump is pondering military action in Iran. His administration has already been engaging in economic warfare. Recently, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said that strategy has been successful and took credit for setting up the conditions that collapsed Iran's economy and triggered protests. Iran's response to those protests left at least 7,000 people dead. NPR's Jackie Northam reports. JACKIE NORTHAM, BYLINE: Shortly after starting his second term in office, President Trump renewed his so-called maximum-pressure campaign against Iran, placing crippling sanctions on the country which severely impacted an already troubled economy. ADNAN MAZAREI: Most recently, the inflation rate has been about 40-some percent. Food price inflation has been about 70%.
