Once all the factories open up that have come back because of tariffs, there will be plenty of people with good paying jobs looking to buy houses, which will drive the prices up even more.

 

What jobs came back? List them and how many jobs were "Created" in each sector.

 

None that I've seen or heard of.  It's all headlines and promises of future money.

Those "puffed up" stock predictions take time to play out. A 50-70% stock market crash takes years, you moron.      

Currently I don't even believe the market has topped yet. But it will later this year and the collapse will be epic (and very profitable).

Yes, it is better to have a rapid collapse than a torturous, drawn out decline. However, it's not the collapse - rather, it is you MAGATs believing we're headed for a "GOLDEN AGE [OF GOLDEN SHOWERS THAT TRUMP LOVES SO MUCH]" that allows R "Eggplant" Suave laugh AT your faces.
