They don't answer to state officials regarding how they dress. Never have. Never will. The states simply don't have any legal authority to force ICE to do anything. Because, in the end, there is nothing the state can do to stop it. Good luck getting the vast majority of LEOs to enforce it. Local yokel arresting a Fed, won't happen.
