CNN found 900 people who said the economy feels bad and declared it ‘Americans.

No ****, I am implying that your cnn article, which says "Around three-quarters of Americans" say the US economy is in poor shape, up 8 points since January, with the share calling it “very poor” up 12 points, is a FLAT-OUT **** LIE...........You are a..... F R A U D – F L U F F E R.
Yet, unlike the jellybeans, demographics can be in play…Blackvegetable » 01 Apr 2026, 8:14 am » wrote: ↑ Prompt; Explain Statistical Sampling to a 5th grader....
Imagine you have a giant jar of 10,000 jellybeans and you want to know if most of them are cherry-flavored. You could count every single one, but that would take forever!
Statistical sampling is like taking one big scoop from that jar. [1]
If you look at your scoop and see that almost all of those beans are red, you can make a really good guess that most of the beans in the whole jar are cherry too.
Here are the three simple rules to make it work:
1. The Population: That’s the whole jar (the big group you’re curious about).
2. The Sample: That’s your scoop (the small group you actually check).
3. Randomness: You have to close your eyes and stir the jar before you scoop. If you only took beans from the very top, your guess might be wrong!
So, sampling is just looking at a small part to understand the whole thing without doing all the work.
Would you like to try a mini-experiment to see how this works with something in your house? [1] [https://medium.com](https://medium.com/@giraldiangela/the-a ... re%20batch!)

Do you have the list of polling questions? don’t forget that caveat as wording is critical in how it’s presented…Blackvegetable » 01 Apr 2026, 8:41 am » wrote: ↑ Trump’s overall approval rating has held relatively steady at 35%, one point off his all-time low in CNN polling. There’s been notable erosion, however, in his standing with his own partisans. The share of Republicans who strongly approve of his job performance has dropped to 43%, from 52% in January.
Trump’s economic approval rating is down 8 points overall since January and a larger 14 points among Republicans. Among Republicans younger than 45, the decline is an even more stark 23 points. And almost 3 in 10 Republicans (28%) say his policies have worsened economic conditions in the US, up from 13% who felt that way in January.

"Try to get past your passionate ignorance and learn to accept what actually happened." ~ brown's unheeded words of wisdom CNN takes a sample of about 1,200 people and turns it into: “Three‑quarters of Americans say” and you run with it as though it's "statistical sampling". Your little Goldfish analogy fails every published requirement for statistical sampling. Actual statistical sampling — as defined in standard research methodology — requires:Blackvegetable » 01 Apr 2026, 8:50 am » wrote: ↑ Prompt : Explain Statistical Sampling to a 5 year old.
Imagine you have a giant bag of Goldfish crackers, and you want to know if they are all orange or if there are some green ones in there, too.
There are way too many to count, and you’re hungry! So, you just reach in and grab one small handful.
* If all the crackers in your hand are orange, you can guess that the whole bag is probably orange.
* If you find one green one in your hand, you know there must be more green ones hiding in the bag.
Statistical sampling is just taking that one little handful to figure out what’s inside the whole big bag without having to eat every single cracker first!
Do you want to try picking a "sample" of crayons or legos to see what colors we find?
Well you got a Cerebally Transmitted Disease. It's worse than sexual. Everyone gets **** by American idiots like you.
