This is a hypothetical, I would very much appreciate any real opinions on the subject.
Henry is a 41 year old male who has recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. His chances of survival without treatment are zero while with treatment his chances are in the 10 to 20% range. Henry has been told that his quality of life during treatment will greatly be diminished and has opte out of any sort of treatment.
Henry doesn't have any kids, his assets and Life insurance policy will be divided between his nephew and his youngest niece if they meet a certain criteria by their 21st birthday. If they don't meet this criteria their inheritance will be taken out of trust and donated to St Jude.
Henry wants to leave a mark on the world and do something he considers as God's work. Over the past week Henry has been going through the sex registry list making a list of those who have prayed on children.
His list starts with those who have harmed the youngest to the oldest. Henry plans on speeding up their date to be judged by the Almighty.. Basically Henry is planning to go door to door killing child predators.
Would you try and talk Henry out of his plan?

People believe what they choose to believe possible rather than face how evolving has ancestrally worked throughout history of humanity misleading every generation gap socially in every society here now.
It is what it is people are willing to do to believe life isn't self evident behavior cradle to grave. Why pride comes before the downfall of any society pretending now isn't eternity.

I would try to talk Henry out of his plan, and I would tell henry to go on a 15 day water fast and then go back to his oncologist for a retest. When we water fast, our bodies go into autophagy. That is to say, they eat themselves. And they start with the innards, eating anything that looks suspicious. Rapidly procreating cells look very suspicious to a body in autophagy. Henry reads the Bible? Henry should know that fasting is the Biblical answer to just about everything. Well, PRAYER and fasting. If Henry trusts God, then Henry trusts His book. And His book tells Henry to fast and pray, in faith believing. It may be that God still has some plans for Henry. Believing some **** heel hack doctor without even TRYING God's cure is not the act of a faithful man.
Henry could get to the pearly gates and find that God had a plan for one or more of Henry's victims.
Those people already have their millstone coming - Henry needs to trust God to decide when.
