In drawing CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS!!
LOSE 18-20 SEATS in the SOUTH!! Seeing how the 14th Amendment made using RACE UNCONSTITUTIONAL in anything!!
So now the **** are looking at a PERMANENT MINORITY IN THE US HOUSE!! FOREVER!!

THIS might be a GREAT time to negotiate and pass EXACTLY what you are talking about... IF a state is 50/50 Dem/Rep... than SPLIT the available seats (or as close as possible)... and if the elections indicate some percentage in between... the split the Representatives by PARTY (Rep/Dem/Ind) as appropriate...
BUT, I doubt it if the Democrats would do that... Because MOST of the North Eastern states have been Gerrymandering for DECADES... and even though the affiliations are close to 50/50.. THEY have been giving the seats to LIBERALS, for DECADES...
So, TRUTH be TOLD... they might be WORSE OFF if America does it THAT way... but a testament to the CORRUPTION of Democrats NONE the less !!
AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!

There has never been a time when District lines were drawn that DIDN'T take into account political parties and in most cases too, race.
Now, we have eliminated that RACE BASED line drawing, except when **** are going to draw lines and try to get away with it, and that alone will prevent that claim that "Blacks only vote for ****". and black ones at that. Funny how a LOT of Black Republicans win nominations and get elected in so called "White districts", but I digress into something DHIMOCRAPS have no clue about what happened there.
Now, if **** think they are going to win with Blue hairs and LBGTQ and trannies, they are in for one ruse *** awakening. That ain't getting them to 270. The funny part about that is, BLACKS are moving to the REPUBLICANS and telling the DHIMOUNTS that they aren't some stupid ***, monolithic voting block and that they are going to have to EARN their votes. Ending RACE BASED DISTRICTS means they are in fact, a stronger group, not weaker, since ALL candidates can now ask for their vote and earn it.

Again, blacks should have 13% representation. No more, no less. Democrats treat them as if they are 80% of the country. It's out of control. They already occupy far too many positions in politics and government. That disgusting creature that constantly stands up and screams at the SOTU event. Hard to bring that one as a case. Seeing how all politics is based on Left vs Right. Some states have tried to bring "equally Dem and Repub" numbers into play and they still end up with gerrymandered districts.
