The State Government already does that, at least here is Colorado.

The Charter School the wife works at operates as a Classical Academy with direction from Hillsdale College.

They don't **** around. You child will wear a uniform and any behavioral issues prompts immediate pickup by the parents.

I don't necessarily believe Black or Hispanic parents are any worse than your typical White Trash parents. 

The wife spent this year sharing an office with the School Psychologist. There are a lot of **** up kids stemming from the home life which makes learning difficult. 

Can't say for sure if it's better for the kids but the staff doesn't fall under the school district red tape.

No state cuts off funds from inner schools. We also have charter schools here. They pretty much suck also. However, it's a low bar here. Most of the schools suck. 

yes, of course there issues in every race. But let's be honest. With blacks, it's their culture. Their whole culture is a disaster. I understand that not all blacks are in bad shape, but that doesn't take away from the fact that their culture is toxic and decayed.

I can't really speak to black culture as I've never lived around them.

Funny story, my step dad was the biggest racist in Montana back in the 70's. After they moved to Albuquerque, all his best friends were Hispanic.

Give people a chance.

It's a great idea. Our money should not be spent on adolescent day cares and fight clubs. That's all those schools are good for. Schools are not meant for that.

If a school is really that bad, just close it and redraw the lines.

They closed 3 schools here last year for various reasons.

Close all of them. There isn't one inner city school here that is worth a crap. They have 14 schools here, both public and charter, that were all on the watch list, and set to close. Then something happened. I don't know who paid off who or what, but they decided to keep them all open. They were all inner city schools. 

There is plenty of money. End the corruption and Political ****. TEACH KIDS PERIOD.

Another far-left liberal who demands we ONLY have the freedom of "choice" when it involves abortion rights, but none when it comes to paying a huge portion of your taxes for the government to tell you which failing school you MUST send your kids to, regardless of how they've failed to educate them for the past several decades.

Reward failure, punish success!

Whether you mention it or not, it's a relevant point that the ONLY "choice" that libs like you favor is the one the murders millions of infants every year!  And you LOVE such a duplicitous contradiction, don't you?

And for your information, I DID NOT attend public school for most of my education, (mostly Catholic schools and private university) but I did see the result in the kind of unprepared high school "graduates" that they turned out in the inner cities as hundreds applied for jobs in my company over the years, and I'd bet anything that's a better compilation of evidence than a dope like YOU ever witnessed!

My excellent education resulted in starting and developing 5 successful businesses in my career, and giving me the ability to retire quite wealthy and help my children getting them good educations as well and helping them buy their first homes and provide them with very comfortable lives as well.

Care to tell us about YOUR public school education in comparison?
