Cut all funding for inner city schools. Give that funding to schools with students who want to learn and who have potential. 

The inner schools are filled with blacks and Mexicans. Mostly blacks. Their schools are an adolescent day care and one big fight club. That is not where our money should go. Let their parents teach their kids how to read/write and do simple math. Their problems are culturally embedded. It's their culture that is a train wreck. Schools are not meant to fix cultures. That isn't their purpose. Until they can fix their social issues, traditions, behavior, and overall way of life, they have no business expecting school funding. 

Give that money to real schools.

Baltimore spends 24k per bush ape. Basis Tucson (among highest rated in the nation) spends 8800. JUst about a third. Indiana's Signature School is at 8000 per. Central Magnet School of Tennessee is at 11,500. These three schools have the best results in the nation. Baltimore, spending three times as much, is at the bottom.

Exactly. It's a cultural problem. They can only be fixed from within. No amount of money can fix that.

My excellent education resulted in starting and developing 5 successful businesses in my career, and giving me the ability to retire quite wealthy and help my children getting them good educations as well and helping them buy their first homes and provide them with very comfortable lives as well.

Trump had the wisdom to see how ending Maduro's reign in Venezuela would force the communist regime of Castro to crash and open the doors to that country becoming a democracy, which would be of huge benefit to the US and a severe detriment to Russia to lose such an ally in this hemisphere.
