France is pursuing criminal charges against him regarding his X and AI platform in France.  The allegations are below. Look at the first allegation. Child abuse and disseminating child porn. His AI algorithms have loosely let up on publishing these things.   I am not claiming that Musk deliberately tilted the algorithm to allow that, but the facts remain that he didn't exactly fix it either. 

I really don't know what you all see in this guy. He is not a mon of the people that you have been led to believe. He is just as much part of the swamp as the rest of them. 

The main allegations are:

• Child sexual abuse material on X — alleged complicity in possessing or distributing child sexual abuse images.
• Sexual deepfakes / non-consensual images — prosecutors are investigating whether Grok and X enabled or spread AI-generated sexualized deepfake content.
• Holocaust denial / denial of crimes against humanity — authorities are looking at Grok-generated content accused of denying crimes against humanity.
• Algorithm abuse or manipulation — the case also involves alleged manipulation of automated systems or algorithms, including concerns that X’s algorithms may have distorted or influenced public debate.
• Unlawful data collection or fraudulent data extraction — French authorities are also investigating alleged misuse or unlawful collection of personal data.

France is accusing Musk’s X ecosystem of allowing or facilitating illegal content, AI-generated sexual deepfakes, child sexual abuse material, Holocaust-denial content, algorithmic manipulation, and possible illegal data practices.

The real crime is the fact he set up a data collection / parsing honeypot with the perpetrator$ based in Tel @viv

You’re acting like France uncovered some secret Musk crime ring when all they did was recycle the same BULL **** accusations they’ve thrown at every major platform. Let’s be real....France is mad the internet exists and Musk won’t bend the knee like the others. The CSAM allegation? That’s not “Musk distributing child porn.” That’s France complaining that X didn’t delete uploads fast enough.....the exact same complaint they’ve filed against Meta, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, and Google. He’s the only tech CEO who doesn’t bow to EU speech policing.....the only one who made moderation transparency public...the only one who openly fights government pressure to censor political content...and the only one who doesn’t pretend platforms can magically catch 100% of illegal uploads in real time.....

France wants to lecture everyone about platform safety........maybe they should get their own house in order first. Their violent crime and sexual‑assault numbers have been climbing for years — and that’s not coming from Musk, that’s from France’s own Interior Ministry reports.

This is the same government that can’t even keep up with its real‑world crime problems but somehow thinks it can micromanage the entire internet. What a cowardly Slack-Jawed country France is....worthless....

I won't deny that you make good points. Yes, it is a good thing to not bow to government pressure. However, if you look through the accusations, he is just as guilty as the rest of swamp divers. Even you said that here:
