Well, I guess the weatherman will have some new meteorolgy to report on the news..
If anyone can predict a cool front that will come through in the next week, I am looking for a low price window to fill up. Retirement came at a good time. I filled up a month ago at $3.57 a gallon and still have a 1/4 tank. Perhaps the China Meeting will ease pricing..
I get like 21 mpg, mrs's gets 30.. I am going to ask to use hers this morning for the run to Delaware for cheap azz cigs.. (6$ a Pack). I went back to rolling my own.. but guess what! Maryland has made it illegal for Amazon to sell cigarrette papers..
When I listen to this Sheryl Crow song, I wonder who the economic gurus were who helped her come up with the plot...

There are many alternatives to petrol. Recently, I am coming to believe photovoltaic solar panels is not a good one, and is just as driven by profits as gasoline.
I have sincere interest in just using heat, preference on solar powered or fresh grown burnable material when sun is on holiday behind clouds. Heat storage is ancient, well before we even knew what photons and electrons were.. There are novel ways to get electric for mobile applications from the tech.
I actually searched for parabolic mirrors on Amazon yesterday.. They sell a cooker for as low as 60$, 1.5 meter dish.. It looks new..
