I honestly believe there won't be any mass mania like last time. People were already skeptical last time, and it didn't take long before people became sick and tired of that panic. People can't afford to close down businesses again. I just don't see it happening. However, I also refuse to underestimate the influence of the retarded mass of people we have in this country. So, you never know.

I personally wouldn't have a problem with an absolute beat down with extreme prejudice but it would have to be provoked by them in order to apply it in an appropriate time and place.  Self defense is the only real defense...civility is the goal
