In the beginning, I didn't care about this trial. I figured it was just two billionaires, with extremely low emotional intelligence, having personal issues with each other.  Gossip worthy. That's it. However, as things unfold, this is actually a very intriguing case for two reasons, in my humble opinion:

1. It will set a precedent for how billionaires (or any company) will launch their companies.
2. It is giving us a more accurate look into the corrupted minds of these two. 

1. If Open AI is found not-guilty, then that opens all sorts of new unethical, yet legal, possibilities for the elite. They will now be allowed to use non-profits as a foundation to launch private companies. It is easier to raise donations than funding from investors. they have no obligation to shareholders. 
2. We have known these two were corrupt, but we never had access to the details. We could only speculate on what we were allowed to see. However, this trial is filling in gaps that we substantiated what we speculated. 

I would recommend following it. The decision will definitely shape how businesses run in the future.
