Trump has ultimately acknowledged the reasons behind the initiation of this conflict. The United States imports nearly no petroleum directly from the Strait of Hormuz. This action was taken by Trump to benefit his associates in the Middle East. This war is unrelated to the interests of the USA. It has no connection to MAGA. In fact, this conflict will enhance China's strength in the long term.
