Get a globe and mark the locations of International dateline and Greenwich Prime Meridian that represent noon and midnight 24/7. since Asian, European, Africa cover over half a rotation of the planet dawn to dusk. Even in 2025 88% of global human population live north of the equator and 82% live on the three continents Asia, Europe, Africa.
Gee why wouldn't global democracy work in real time and global economic policies? Environment by climate zones and time zones have separate growing seasons annually. 8 seasonal shift between 2 solstices and 2 equinoxes intellectually divided by 7 days a week life never exceeds lifetimes simply adapting since conception.
