Florida is getting about 32,000–33,000 new residents per month now — way down from the 2021–22 boom, but still positive.

Jacksonville is a ****-hole. It's a shame. Jacksonville 15 years ago was quieter, cheaper, safer in more neighborhoods, and had that ‘big town’ feel.
