I mentioned this many times.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche recently confirmed that Donald Trump "absolutely" would have gone to prison if he had lost the 2024 election. Facing 34 felony convictions in New York and multiple federal cases, Trump's legal strategy heavily focused on avoiding incarceration. Winning the presidency ultimately spared him from those penalties, as Department of Justice policy restricts prosecuting sitting presidents.

Trump ‘needed gerrymandering’? Jerrab, really? The Democrats are the ones staring down the worst Senate map in years...red‑state seats, battleground seats, and retirements all on their side. Republicans barely have anything competitive to defend. You can’t gerrymander a Senate race, and that’s exactly where Democrats are bleeding. The map itself is the problem, not Trump. The U.S. Senate has no districts. Every state elects one senator statewide at a time. The entire state is the “district.”
