Word is the controls outfit that led my company through success for 50 years is closing at the end of year. I feel so bad for the young engineer I stayed in touch with.
The corporate outfit that was party to our end in Pennsylvania as not had a sale of any notice in two months.
Maybe I should rethink the JCI retirement account. They are corping their pricing out of the market. Smaller competitive outfits (lower domestic product) must be grabbing what business there is.

Hope you don't have wind damage, I saw the radar. Fox News is very good for weather. We got 1+ inch of rain.. We are a tinder box here. I saw the Henry Ford Insitute Shop Theory book for sale yesterday for 15$.. I am thinking of going and getting it when Mrs isn't looking to add to my text book collection. It is a jewel of knowledge.
They are cutting the fat at JCI..They didn't give me the Studebaker treatment.. I'll let the investment ride through whatever storm is coming. The implementation of Super Critical Carbon Dioxide in power generation is a very strong future. The stuff is both a gas and a liquid at the same time when you compress the gas above saturation. The turbine can get 10 fold smaller, spin 5 times faster, and you don't lose the circulation fluid. Steam just blows away in the wind.
