In certain circumstances, it should be lawful. There have been instances of them going overboard with their hands while searching females upon arrest. The females should legally be allowed to kick them in the nuts.

That's a tough call. Not all incidents are what they appear. The cop could very well be doing things by the book, but the person under arrest is drunk or just plain stupid. So they interpret the cops actions incorrectly. At the same time, sometimes it is just blatant. If a cop is beating the absolute **** out of someone who is pretty much unconscious, then bystanders should be able to intervene. So I don't know. It's hard to trust the public to handle decisions regarding justice. Blacks already hate cops. So they would look for any small reason to beat them if they were allowed.

Beating criminal law enforcement is fair game.  It exists. Obviously MAGA thought there was in their Deep State of MAGAtosis.

jerra..  the schmucks passed an approval for any neccesary military action in Lebanon yesterday..  This is horrific news. The human tragedy that is unfolding is going  to be ugly history..   That's why MAGA support erasing ours.

AOC called it out yesterday on MS NOW with Jen Psaki (Gosh she is cute).  It's a Pay for Protection Mob scheme. It's clear as a Sole less night in plain site.

When it is proven the cop was acting illegally when the citizen kicked his ***, is the citizen at fault standing their time equally alive now?
