W COURT FILING REVEALS SUBPOENA DISPUTE.
According to a court filing released Friday, the BBC has sought subpoenas involving 47 people connected to Donald Trump's inner circle, including Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and Stephen Miller.
The filing also states that the U.S. Secret Service prevented the subpoena seeking Donald Trump Jr.'s communications related to Jan. 6 from being served, delaying that effort as the legal process continues
