I want to visit the Obama Library. The architecture alone is fascinating. That, coupled with the fact Trump will never have a Presidential Library makes this a good choice. 

Trump will have a building with his name on it and it will be a hotel and there will be an airplane in the parking lot just like Graceland (no disrespect to the Elvis)

Yeah there could be room in the lobby for a few ’s

Maybe a signed copy of Stormy Daniels' book titled  Full Disclosure and some love letters penned to Kim Jong-un.
