Yes he does. Various personal assistants have had the duty. Mostly men. That's a big *** to hoist up in order to slide the diaper out without too much spillage. They're also decked out in scuba gear and wetsuits. Apparently he sprays and the stench is said to make real he men like Pete Hegseth swoon.
Then out come the beach towel sized baby wipes to cmean up the rest of the mess the 5 gallon tub of diaper rash ointment so his cheeks and thighs don't chap and a dry chemical fire extinguisher converted to blast in the baby powder for that overall fresh feeling.
All of this has to be done while he's raving on about Biden and rage tweeting about how Iran has been so mean to him.
Finally once they wrestle the fresh diaper on and his elastic waisted pants pulled up he's ready for a nap. Usually during cabinet meetings.
