Talbot County had the highest number of millionaire residents per capita 20 years ago. Easton Airport is getting an upgrade. We used to watch Cheney's plane land and the susbsequent motor pool taking him home to St Michaels.. Unknown Unknowns Rumsfeld was a resident. Talbot had one of the lowest Property tax rates in America. The County is exploding like.. well you know..
