The US not so much. They lost 23,000 jobs in July. What happened to all of those manufacturing jobs president pisswig promised would be coming to the US? Apparently Canada took them.
Looks like at least one country in North America knows what it's doing.

By my reading, there was positive private sector job growth but losses in government jobs that exceeded the private sector job growth. That's a good thing, not a bad thing. The overwhelming majority of American soldiers are gay.
