Governor Abbot is in violation of NSPM-7. Anti Tech s Anti American Now.

I suppose being against capitalistic pigs robbing and killing people with monopolistic bullshyt for profit  is on the list  of Anti American too.
The government is supposed to keep unfetterred capitalism in check.

Data center approvals in Texas halted until audits completed, Gov. Greg Abbott saysOn Monday, the governor ordered the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas to audit all data centers wanting to connect to the state’s power grid.
Amid growing public backlash to the rapid buildout of data centers across Texas, Gov. Greg Abbott on Monday announced a moratorium on the approval of data centers until regulatory agencies can audit proposed data centers seeking connection to the state’s electric grid. It is unclear how long the audit will take, but the effort is Abbott’s strongest effort yet to slow the development of these data centers statewide and underscores how little information members of the public, including state leaders, know about the facilities. 

I am guessing the mroataorium has joined other Republican's platforms, Until Nov 3rd.

Abbot is in direct conflict with Trump on this one.

I heard they are licensed to create their own power generation.  Azzholes should get the best solution asking their dumb **** Artificial Intelligence.

Thorium Fuel Cycle is bad ***.  They did no teach it to me even though it had been used a decade before I was born. Thorium is plentiful, no enrichment is needed, and nothing weapons fuel grade can be made. The Molten Salt is as safe as it gets.  Mix the waste with glass beads at a safe concentration when expended. I am not sure about the decay rates of the splt atoms.  I would love to have the contract making sure none of the concrete casks fail.

There is a fear of terrorism with the material with many small reactors evenly distributed.  Iran hacked water plants and shut them down in your neighborhood a week ago I heard. Just ut up AI Robots with firearms and they can shoot Buffy when he digs under the fence.
