A good time to remind everyone that that Nuremberg trials were a sham. Germans were prosecuted ex post facto. They had to compose “laws” and then retroactively try people.

Let us not also forget that most Nazis were not convicted. A very small percentage were convicted, and only about 150 were executed. This is out of tens of thousands.

And, of course, there is that little inconvenient fact of Operation Paper Clip. The US gov hired many ex-Nazis for the American science and tech programs, including military projects.
