What separates the vocabulary of two words, reason vs purpose or cause and effect equally affecting every ancestor alive today regardless which ancestry they were conceived into?

People choose their reality, not their time alive since conception and humanity doesn't record date conceived, just measures how each person lives cradle to grave in their selected reality.
