Then don’t listen. The ideology of Iran’s leaders is to destroy Israel. If they take a nuclear shot at Israel, then Israel will retaliate to just about every hostile country out there. That would be much worse than $100 oil, it may mean $350 oil and a world wide meltdown for a generation. 
 Iran is crazy, but so is Israel, Israel may be crazier and more ruthless. This is why the nuclear club must be kept as small as possible.

I live in CA that swings Dem pretty much every election…it’s not as if my vote alters the outcome…

Interestingly the Dems are a bit intolerable in CA because they always say they will “tax the rich” (whatever that means these days…you need like $30M to be “rich” in San Francisco) and then they end up raising the sales tax *sigh*   

I assume it’s the same reason you live in NH and not NYC

Circumstances brought me here....it's tough to beat the house, and civilization has invaded what was once a dismal place but for the scenery and abundant fresh water.

It takes an enormous amount of cheese to live in NYC.

  Not much different here in Colorado. While Conservative, and still voting, I was basically called a traitor for not voting for Trump.

Colorado has a flat income tax, 4.4%. it's on the ballot this year to change to a progressive tax schedule. Would that get you to the ballot box? My guess is it will pass.
