I watched the entire video.
The lawyer seemed to say that curtilage is not the most important factor in the pig’s violation. I wonder how that squares with the millions of homes that have mail door slots. Seems to me that a mail receptacle is an extension of one’s residence.

I also noted a court decision that maintained violation of searching a mailbox is not necessarily grounds for evidence suppression in a criminal case. Not sure how that is correct.
