Math should determine districts.

X number of congressmen per state. Divide population by x and find that many geo centers of populations.. The number of citizens per district should be the same.. I am sure the maps would have fingers that reach into urban centers. It would be interesting  to compare a calculated map with a human politically derived one..

This districting game is a mess.. Gerry Mandering has made a lot of money wasting tine..
