Twin investment advisors Adam and Daniel Kaplan were found guilty in November 2025 of a $10 million wire and investment fraud scheme, while attorney Roberta Kaplan represented writer E. Jean Carroll in her defamation case against Donald Trump, and U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan presided over that same litigation.
