Activist Judge Belies the Left’s Non-Citizen Voting Narrative…

Biden-appointed judge in southern Florida called the federal law banning non-citizen voting unconstitutional. US District Judge David Leibowitz of the Southern District of Florida dismissed federal charges against a Jamaican woman who voted in the 2020 presidential election, despite not being a citizen. He’s now being called an activist judge by conservatives. Are they right? Is non-citizen voting really a state issue? Well, it doesn’t take a law degree or years of experience in the courtroom to read the Constitution – and that doesn’t leave many alternatives.

In a 31-page ruling, Judge Leibowitz said the Constitution gives states the sole authority to determine who can vote in elections, not Congress. As such, the law used to prosecute Chelsea Cox was unconstitutional. “The Constitution commits to the States, and the states alone, the general power to set voter qualifications in federal elections,” he wrote. “This is clear from both the text of the document and the debates at the Constitutional Convention in 1787.”

 When a federal judge says the Constitution is clear, that is the word of an expert, someone who knows – or, at least, should know – better than most. Frequently the Constitution is, in fact, not so clear. This time, however, it is. Here’s what it says in Article I, Section 4:

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.”

I understand the non discussed loophole of your argument. the topic is who gets voted to the federal level of representation of people within the state. State politicians elected to offices of town hall, city hall, county seat, state level, federal level of congress or senate for the state electing them. Not for the presidential office. Since the president is a representative of all 50 states and US citizens regardless race, creed, color, national origin, gender, social narrative staging any form of New world Order by context over chromosomes physically living now.


Again citizens are intellectual choices to which state of mind they are willing to die for sacrificing their natural biological time inhabiting space in plain sight of their own skin and kin alike here, now.

Leaderships are defined by chain of command selected by ballots over bullets socialization of human ancestries by relative time logistics not actual genetic outcomes adapting in plain sight and rank in social circles through legislate morality and ethics all sides use a common method of economic means to an end game of pretending life isn't self evident time adapting since conception as an equally alive ever changing form never same details twice accomplished since date of birth until rotation death arrives as specifically as conception took place.

Elections create a divide in social positions as ancestrally displaced between 5 living generation gaps reproductions change position when biological offspring become parents after birth.

Each lifetime has to evolve from infant through puberty to become a fertile adult regardless male or female added to a specific ancestral lineage and generation gap died or still alive.

Congres could interfere. But the assholes get sent home every time they convene over some controversy that MAGA  Cuck Johnson runs from his responsibility as third in line to the Presidency and leader of the legislative  check on executive  power..

1. no more money from taxpayer money laundering...The Left is now broke

What separates a fraudulent vote from a person voting illegally? Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

A person voting more than once vs people voting using stolen identities of registered voters that don't vote anyway. See the latter makes it almost impossible to detect until someone is caught and most likely those controlling the elections won't allow that information out to the general public.
