He was banned from 2 other forums for stalking and doxing. Given how psychotic he is here with his obsessions with some of us, then I wouldn't be surprised. 

That moron has to have a minimum of 2 restraining orders filed against him in his life. Probably one from his ex-wife and another from a girl at a gym.

CP said on the other thread that he is not banned and can sign in with his NoQuarter screen name.  And he is signing in multiple times a day.  I guess you could consider that stalking,
