The part that the STATE has to prove is that -
1. "Climate change" is PROVEN to be MANMADE
2. That OIL is the cause if they can prove that
3. That the STATE has any jurisdiction to make laws seeing how the ENERGY DEPT. makes laws for oil companies!! And the EPA regulates "the air and water"!!

85% of the prices we have TODAY are directly to blame on BIDEN!! With a high inflation rate he ran DUE TO all the GOVERNMENT SPENDING he did, that's why prices on EVERYTHING are 22% HIGHER than they were at the end of Trump's first term.

Seeing how these DHIMOCOMMIES are FULLY embracing these DSA morons into their "big tent" party, I FULLY expect the majority of DHIMOCRAPS to really think before even voting.
Will they vote for Republicans?? SOME will, but I expect that 65-70% that AREN'T in favor of the COMMIE TAKEOVER of their party to simply NOT show up this November.
