Given that a Ted Bundy type predator could misuse such a rule to gain easier access to prey; and given that men have a well-established advantage over women in physical strength, power, speed and dexterity; and given that men are more than TWENTY TIMES likelier to sexually assault women than other women are;  WHY HAVE YOU NOT SPOKEN OUT AGAINST YOUR PARTY'S AGENDA?

It just took over 200 years for our culture to produce the “quintessentially American” man who could live up to the cult of personality necessary to pull it off.

Growing up, I was keenly aware that the U.S. seemed to be an anomaly in the world.  We had these orderly Transitions of power all my life, while other countries had violent coups, fistfights in the capitols, massive protests in the streets on a regular basis and civil wars.

what made America special, I wondered?  Our Constitution surely has a strong system of checks and balances that seems to prevent major upheavals.  It’s like a structurally sound form of government.  But that doesn’t explain all of it.  Charismatic leaders have risen up before and upended stable systems, drawing sycophants into their orbit and bending entire nations to their will.  What did Stalin, Mussolini, Ghandi, Selassie, and Franco and Tito all have in common?

they all managed to capture the imagination of huge groups of people because they seemed to embody the very spirit and character of a whole nation.  Selassie didn’t just represent a North African nation; he was Ethiopia personified.

America is a young country.  What kind of person really personifies America to the degree that they could form a cult of personality strong enough to seize power?  Bombastic, gluttonous, big businessman, greedy, over the top, larger than life.  

We have never been susceptible to an authoritarian leader subverting the Constitution because we had not made such a unique character, until Trump.

Now it looks like the unthinkable could happen.  He could lose his fortune and end up in jail.  But why?

Blake was armed. Martin was shot attempting to beat another human being to death while they screamed for their lives. Brown attacked a cop, tried to take his gun, got his thumb blown off, ran away, and then decided to charge the same officer.  Not surprised these are saints and martyrs to progressives.

• Eventually the BLM protests did give way to violence. Few of the arrested individuals were BLM. They were right wing terrorists, anarchists and common criminals.

It’s obvious to anyone with a grounding in truth that right wing terrorism is a major problem in this country. It enjoys the supported of many mainstream conservatives and the disgraced 45th president. Left wing terrorism is uncommon. I do not know a single liberals who endorses it.

Attempts by the cult to push the outlandish lie of equivalence or hypocrisy deserves to be laughed out of the room.

THESIS:

"Transgenders" - meaning anyone who claims to identify as female but has the primary sexual characteristics of a male - should be disallowed from showering with, competing against, or otherwise being acknowledged by society as women.

Argument for thesis:

1. Even assuming "real" transgenders are unlikely to sexually offend (I grant no such claim), there is no way of selecting against cis-gender predators, as the definition of transgender is not objective. It is based on reported feelings, which can be fabricated by cis-genders with predatory motives. Men are many times more likely to offend against women sexually than are other women. Some are quite deranged in their need to hurt women. Most sexual predators are male, and most of their victims are women and girls. Allowing men into spaces where women and girls are isolated and vulnerable is a revocation of safety and dignity and privacy rights that women and girls have enjoyed for centuries, and puts women and girls at greater risk of predation.

Moreover, if society passes legislation to protect transgenders from the "discrimination" of other citizens recognizing them by their actual biological sex, it will be a legal offense to even question a man walking into women's facilities - no matter how sketchy (s)he looks. Such laws empower people like Trump and Epstein and Weinstein, by endowing them with a legal right to invade women's spaces - without so much as an obligation to answer questions about their protected (presumed) "disability." Such laws likewise empower frat boys on a dare, and garden variety peeping toms and creeps. No one can prove they don't "feel like a woman - on the inside."

2. On average, men are stronger and quicker and faster than women physically. Second tier male athletes who cannot compete against top tier males are able to beat top tier female athletes due to natural biological advantages. As a result, men are stealing women's university scholarships, and law suits are being filed by some of the victims of these travesties. Meanwhile, the fake women are getting academic scholarships at the expense of the real ones. This sets women back half a century in their fight for equal treatment.

3. Our sports and facilities have throughout our history been SEXUALLY segregated. They still are segregated BY SEX to this day. The argument that one's reported, feelings-based GENDER should change what SEX-segregated facility one accesses or competitions one engages in treats gender as if it were sex.

Liberals: Are gender and sex the same thing? You all keep using them interchangeably, and then chiding us that they are very different things. Pick a position and stick with it. If they are different things, please explain why a mere gender claim should change which sex-segregated facilities or activities one access by legal right.
