Lets count the lies just in this morons opening paragraph.

1.) Trump inherited an economy that was “firing on all cylinders”.  :die:  No explanation needed. Just a bold-faced little liar.

2.) Wages and everything was on the rise. What good does that do when prices have skyrocketed everywhere? You think a 75 cent raise to someone means ****? People would have all needed their incomes to raise by at least 1/3 just to cut even with inflation. Nice little cherry-pick. Lie.

3.) The inflation rate was falling. Again, pure ****.

The voters decided everything you just said was false.

You know how people like Trump and Musk keep repeating this line (or some variation):

I’m a billionaire / I’m wealthy, therefore I cannot be bought

Well it turns out there was a quotation from a century ago that refuted this “reasoning:”

You will hear everlastingly, in all discussions about newspapers, companies, aristocracies, or party politics, this argument that the rich man cannot be bribed. The fact is, of course, that the rich man is bribed; he has been bribed already. That is why he is a rich man.” ~ G.K. Chesterton (1874 - 1936)

E. Jean Carroll accused several men of sexual assault including a babysitter’s boyfriend. a dentist, a camp counselor, a college date, a boss, and Les Moonves from CBS – and, of course, Donald Trump.

She couldn’t recall the date, month, season, or year the incident happened

She never told anyone in the media about it, despite being publicly obsessed with her own sexuality

The dress she claims to have been wearing didn’t exist at the time

Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible

Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein pal and Democrat (and Nikki Haley) mega-donor Reid Hoffman

Democrats created a law (The Adult Survivors Act in 2022) to enable her lawsuit to proceed

Her accusation is the exact plotline of an episode of Law & Order (one of her “favorite shows”)

Trump’s Apprentice was also one of her favorite shows

She has a history of falsely accusing men of rape, including Les Moonves

She told Anderson Cooper, “most people think of rape as being sexy. Think of the fantasies.”

She made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault and naming her cat Vagina

Carroll’s interviews on TV, social media posts, and inconsistent information concerning her allegations should have been enough to throw out any case, but not with Judge Kaplan.

None of her "witnesses" witnessed the alleged sexual assault".I

Children do not exist to entertain creepy, insane adults.  Adults need to be the guardians of children, even if that means keeping a "harmless" pervert from reading to them.  Again, CHILDREN DO NOT EXIST TO ENTERTAIN ADULTS!

All I see when it comes to tranny story hour are ADULTS claiming that OTHER ADULTS have the right to dress in drag and read to children.  What I do not see are hords of CHILDREN complaining that they are being treated unfairly because THE WEIRDO GUY CAN'T READ BOOKS TO THEM!

Vegas » 12 Apr 2025, 10:49 am » wrote: There’s been a lot of shouting lately about tariffs—mostly outrage, often sarcasm, and rarely substance. Like most issues in economics, the truth about tariffs isn’t as black-and-white as the loudest voices want it to be. They’re not inherently good or bad—they’re tools. And like any tool, their effect depends on how, when, and why they’re used.

Let’s talk pros and cons. The potential benefits:
  • Strategic leverage: Tariffs can pressure other countries into fairer trade deals or compliance with labor, environmental, or IP standards.
  • Protecting key industries: Temporarily shielding developing or strategic industries can give them breathing room to grow and compete globally.
  • National security: In cases where supply chains rely heavily on foreign adversaries (think semiconductors or rare earths), tariffs can support domestic alternatives.
  • Encouraging domestic investment: Higher import costs can incentivize companies to source or produce locally.
But there are clear downsides too:
  • Consumer costs: Tariffs often lead to higher prices for goods, hurting lower- and middle-income households the most.
  • Retaliation risk: Other countries may slap their own tariffs in return, damaging exports and sparking trade wars.
  • Market uncertainty: Businesses hate unpredictability. Constant tariff threats can stall investments and hiring.
  • Supply chain strain: In a globalized economy, many “American” products rely on foreign components—tariffs disrupt that balance.
The key is to ask: what’s the long game? Are the tariffs being used to force structural changes, or just to score political points?Unfortunately, a lot of people skip the research and go straight to the knee-jerk reaction—usually driven more by who proposed the policy than what it actually does. That’s how we end up with people defending or trashing the same tactic depending on whose name is on the signature.

Now, a note to @Blackvegetable ...aka Darth Evader:
You, more than anyone, should understand the importance of fairness. You’ve spent years belting out questions and demanding answers from everyone else while dodging your own at record-setting pace. You're currently owed 75 dodges, and that’s being generous. But I know you won’t tolerate that. Narcissists never do. You love dishing it out, but you melt the moment someone holds you to the same standard. So go ahead—deflect, insult, and post 16 questions in return. The forum’s seen it all before. And don’t worry, I’ll be skipping your questions at the exact rate you’ve skipped mine.

Fair’s fair, Veghead. Try it sometime.
Trump is "playing the long game" in part for young people who aren't old enough to vote yet.

\This is why he says no other President would be willing to stick his neck out for a noble cause that of course has no guarantees and wont begin to pay dividends until late into a president's first term...[if that].
The "Chicken Littles" who began  condemning this enormous project from Day One are in many cases those who could not care less about America's  self sufficiency.
Self sufficiency is actually a matter of national security.

"What has happened to my country, what has happened to the UK" is what you said. When I returned to Athens, 3 years ago, that is exactly what I said to my self "What has happened to my country, what has happened to Greece". Sounds familiar to you? Europe has fallen my friend.

I'm from Brazil. I've been to London three times last year, and I must say, we're supposed to be a third-world country, but it doesn't look like it compared to London. London is a scary place, with bedbugs all over, in all three hotels I stayed in I got dozens of bites. Prices are crazy right now, and the city's dirty as hell. What's more, the English people seem to have vanished; there are hardly any in London – it's remarkable.

Does it really help for Trump to get combative during these interviews.  If the interviewer is asking bad questions - this does happen,  I'd rather see Trump give a thoughtful, well informed responses where he rejects the interviewer's premises and then proceed to explain why its a false narrative with facts.  This is stronger than what he actually did.

If Trump caught the interviewer making false narratives 3 times, at that point, he set up the interviewer for the type of tong lashing Trump gave him.  But, without the set-up, it the tong lashing falls flat. It will be used against him.  A good comedian has to prime the audience and then spring a fantastic punch line on them.  It's the same thing with interviews where the interviewer is being a bit aggressive and using false narratives.

Trump's got all the right people twisting in the wind.

Trump is the World's # 1 Troll....no one else is even close

Trump turns your emotions into a weapon that allows you to destroy yourself while he watches and grins

Trump masterfully serves up "Chaos" his pet squirrel for you to chase..."Hey Look!...A Squirrel!!"

Trump also has a pet Goose for those "Exciting Wild Goose Chases" he sends "all the smartest people" on.

So the grade for entertainment value is an..............A+

Trump is a bull in a China shop breaking all there is

Trump is a builder, so he also rebuilds all he breaks

Trump uses old ideas that work and tries new ideas...it's not just more of the same

Trump commands as in "Commander In Chief"...as he was elected....mandated to do

Trump wins.....America loves a winner!

The grade for Leadership and Change is an A+

The only other alternatives are:

more of the same.....we've done that for decades

criticizing and bitching....we did that before Trump....during Trump and will do it after Trump

the grade for those who think "Alternative" is F.....that **** had failed and will continue to fail

STFU because your opinion really doesn't matter

Understand....this is the opinion of a professional....your opinion does not matter....it's not professional

The article you provided  begins by saying that DOGE has "gutted" the Federal work force.
I didn't read any further than that since I don't read or pay any attention to what looks like  Yellow Journalism.

https://www.statesman.com/story/news/po ... 187967007/
The government grew to 3MM employees under Biden

Next I asked Google to simply tell me how many Federal employees  have been either fired or laid off and none of the search results gave a straight answer to that question.
The articles I clicked on were peppered with speculation about how many employees  COULD get terminated....but none of your usual sources were willing to provide a plain and simple answer as to how many people have been terminated so far.

Maybe you could provide us with the grand total so that we can decide for ourselves if the Federal Gov. has in fact "BEEN GUTTED" by DOGE.

If it wasn't for you there would be no intelligent life here.  I hope BV ups his game.
BV's opportunity to up his game came and went. A man only has so many offramps from cowardice. Every ramp he misses makes the next one harder to take - because each time, he has more **** to clean up than last time. Before long, he can't even see the offramps - they become an irrelevancy.

Let me give you an example. He knows **** well he backed the wrong horse on the tranny ****. There's not a man in America who believes that men should share prison cells with women. Or batter shelters. Or boxing rings. Or sporting fields. Or showers and dressing rooms. But he took the affirmative on that issue, because THAT was price of a seat at the cool kids' table.

I can assure you he wishes from his crown to his tiny feet that he had not gone whole hog on the issue. But now he is stuck. And the level of integrity it takes to get out of the mess would have prevented him from getting into it. And he has handed everyone on this board - I'm talking people with MAYBE two fingers of forehead - a trump card to dismiss any judgment that he offers. "I see it this way" can be dismissed with, "You think women have penises." Because that is the actual position that he took.

Any pretense of respect for science can be countered with the fact that he believes it to be "science" that "I am because I SAY I am." And that is actually the very embodiment of an authority fallacy - it's anti-science.

Now, you tell me how a worm like that, carrying that **** behind him like a bag-o-shame, can up his game? There's just one way. He has to own it. He has to own it, and foreswear it. He has to say that he was wrong, and he has to declaim that ****. And his fragile ego will never allow that. And you want the truth? He's an educated midwit. A midwit with a degree from a good school is a midwit. He's got a couple of tricks, and he plays one of them incessantly: the panty dance. Stall, demand answers to rhetorical questions, evade. No one respects him - nor should anyone.

Russia has longed wanted to get back to their glory of the Soviet Union days. If NATO dissolves, Russia could proceed with their ambitions and finish taking Ukraine, then Georgia, and Maldova.

The Irony: NATO was created to provide collective security against the Soviet Union. Instead of dissolving itself, NATO redefines its purpose to be keepers of the peace, provide stability, and manage chaos. Fast forward to today. Now NATO may collapse and the Russia will once again become the Soviet Union.

The world's stage is built on irony.
Putin tried to join NATO. NATO turned him down. They needed Russia for an enemy - for a reason to exist. And they salivated over its resources and scoffed at its sovereignty.

If Europe and the US had allowed Russia into Europe's security infrastructure, the world would still be unipolar. The west would still be running ****, unquestioned. But the assholes said no. In 2007, after exhausting his attempts to join the west, Putin began putting feelers out to the east and global shouth. BRICS is the result. He made his stand at the Munich Conference in 2007, calling out the unipolar world and declaring that it would not stand. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6hzj6_DUwQ

I do not believe for one minute that Putin has any desire for Georgia. They are not a slavic nation. Putin is a slav, and this has great meaning for him. Being pushed into killing his fellow slavs in Coupkraine is not something he is going to forgive. Taking over Moldova will be a half hour task if he undertakes it. But again, they're basically Romanians off the reservation. Putin inherited and is stuck with some "diversity." But he isn't looking for any more. He SEES Russia as a slavic nation. As an ethno-state. As the cradle and hearth of the Slavic race. He isn't looking to expand. He isn't looking for more diversity.; He has no desire to govern Germans or Spaniards or Latvians. He has 11 time zones to look after. He doesn't need another. He needs TIME to develop the land he already has. He has a list of **** he wants to accomplish before he dies, and he is being forced to **** around in Coupkraine and fend off these sanctions and build a power base to offset the constant economic attacks of the west which rejected his bid to join them.

When NATO collapses, many South-Eastern European nations will court Russia, will very much want to be in Russia's economic sphere. Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, NATURALLY Serbia (Slavs and Russophiles all), Slovenia, Croatia. All of these will look to establish trade relations with Moscow. Likely Slavic Poland will, as well. But conquest? The only ones still thinking in those terms are NATO - and it failed, and that failure destroyed NATO, IMO. I say it is running on fumes and habit and lack of imagination. But the British and the Germans have imagination. They can feel it in the air tonight, Oh Lord.

Socialism was force on the USA by nonpatriotic democrats using the ignorant to make them think Socialism was a god-send.[/quote]

I have to remind myself it isn't willful. But I cannot escape that it IS lazy.

Your ignorance is just a pile of ****, son.

FDR was an elite. He did not WANT to implement the programs that he implemented. You have absolutely no concept of history - no idea what the man was up against.

Ordinary, decent men had been bankrupted by wall street's economic malfeasance. People who never even played the market were wiped out by the massive taking which was called the great depression. BILLIONS disappeared into the Invisible Hand of the Market. They didn't go away. But they did disappear from view.

Men who had been property owners and employers and business leaders in their communities were suddenly standing in soup lines. And it is easy to kick yourself and blame yourself. But when you see everyone you ever knew and respected in the same circumstances as you, ya start to get pissed off. Ya start to realize you didn't **** yourself - you GOT ****. And just when you're putting this **** together, ya get these Wobblies and Socialists coming around with their pamphlets and scheduled meetings to discuss taking your country back from the cock suckers who stole it out from under you.

If FDR had not dealt the new deal, he'd have lost the deck altogether. America was on the very threshold of a revolution. And not because of the usual suspects. Because of good and decent men. The cheap slogans and dogma of smarmy little cocksuckers like you don't feed an honest man's kids or put shoes on their feet.

FDR borrowed money to build levees and dams and public utility districts and bridges and power plants and sea ports and national parks and state parks and rural electrifcation lines incorporating the entire nation's grid into one big interconnected system with an appropriate and necessary level of redundancy. This created millions of jobs, and those jobs pulled the nation out of poverty, allowing working men to feed their families. The debt was paid by the earnings from the very infrastructure the debt was required to build. To this day, the Hoover Dam and the TVA and the Bay Bridge and the Grand Coulie Dam and the Triborough Bridge and the San Francisco Mint are all paying for themselves over and over and over again.

Just to give you a sense of the numbers, the bay bridge cost 77 million to build in 1936. That would be 1.77 billion in today's money. It is collecting 750 million annually today. That's a bit more than a 40% return. That is an ENORMOUS return, and only PART of the picture. The actual wealth generated by the bridge is far in excess of what the bridge brings in through tolls. Except in the case of Palin's Bridge to Nowhere, civilian infrastructure is not built on a whim. It is built because of dire need.

Thousands of projects including schools, hospitals, dams, sewage systems, parks, reforestation projects, research - all of these things paid for themselves each generation since they were built. The projects of the new deal, together with the economic game rules of the new deal, created the middle class. And that middle class just kept growing and growing and gorwing until Reagan tossed out FDR's economic game rules and put us on trickle-down voodoo economics. Since then, the middle class has shrunk every decade instead of expanding every decade.

Your grandparents - the "greatest generation" - LOVED FDR. And you? You just got a fast and stupid mouth on ya.

It's lengthy, but a good read...sorry there isn't a link as it came in an email...

For a generation it seems, Lefties do whatever they want to conservatives, and everyone just takes it – without repercussions. That may be the case in the political world, but things are working out a bit differently in the Big Data area. Big Data guys have really sharp elbows and lawyers do not scare us at all. We, however, scare the living daylights out of some Lefty lawyers.

You will remember the 65 Project is – continues to be - a bare-knuckled attack on attorneys who defended anything to do with Trump in 2020 or the subsequent years. Read that again – attorneys who did their job – representing people around Trump, were harassed by a Leftist-funded group – The 65 Project, to make sure no lawyer in America would do what they were sworn to do – be an advocate for a client.

It is still happening. Child molesters have lawyers who are never harassed by Leftist groups. There is probably a reason for that but let’s not go there. Murderers, serial murderers, creatures causing the greatest harm in our country have lawyers – nobody would think of attacking those lawyers – because everyone has the right to counsel.

Everyone except a conservative. Omega4America first got sucked into this maelstrom with John Eastman. We received a call from Eastman, who we never heard of, saying the California bar was going to kick him out for his election integrity work. He was one of the guys advising Trump around the January 6 timeframe - regarding how to deal with election fraud. Eastman said Omega research could help – if we could demonstrate there was enough voter fraud in 2020 to change the outcome of the election. Never passing up a good fight, our response was that there was provably enough 2020 voter fraud in Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona to change those outcomes, and we could demonstrate that data – so sure, we would help. For free – no $450 an hour expert witness fee like the other guys took.
Then came the “deposition.” We joined a Zoom call and a young California, yuppie lawyer – the guy trying to kick Eastman out of the profession - started asking questions, under oath. Here is our recollection of how it went:

Lawyer: So in 2020, was there any voter fraud?
Omega: Sure, tons of it, like in every swing state.
Lawyer: It wasn’t enough to change the election though?
Omega: Sure it was. It was hundreds of thousands of votes in each swing state.
Lawyer: So that’s your opinion, right?
Omega: No, we ran the voter rolls and found that many bogus ballots – and we can show them to you if you want.
Lawyer: What is your algorithm?
Omega: We don’t have an algorithm – we just check voter rolls, compare them with property tax rolls and find people voting from Walmarts and laundromats by the thousands.
Lawyer: How can you be sure? How would ypu know there was fraud?
Omega: We run the voter rolls for the 7 swing states – we can show you today there are hundreds of thousands of bogus ballots in the system from 2020.We can do it now, want to see it?
Lawyer: Silence

24 hours later the Eastman team told the Omega data guys the California lawyers had us kicked off the case – they did not want us to be an expert witness. This is the kind of crap going on and nobody is standing up for these guys like Eastman, who we think is a pretty good guy with exemplary credentials. He just got royally screwed.

I try to take a little from this board to help me keep my horizons a teensy bit more open.
Clarity is merely identifying the false obstacles sometimes. Mirages spun from nothing.

Both good and bad news can provide clarity. Even dross. It can all help.

The voting fraud is quite real in my mind.
The actual scammers have an army of willing dupes (and/or collaborators) that will never stop defending.
Hell, just prior to that was a halfrican who couldn't quite nail down his past with complete certainty.
The Dems deserve the chaos and self-destructive tranny parade right now. They're **** up.

The flip side is we got Trump the Carnival Barker back... Fight fire with fire, I guess.  Image
