I guess you can apologize for asserting "victory".

Thanks!
I certainly do, ****...So you don't support a ban of these weapons
Ok, my point stands.

Back to functionality. Show that they function the same as weapon specifically designed for battle field use. Show me where the selector position for auto or burst is first off. Then where the lower is the same, the sear, etc. And the cyclic rate of fire.
But, you should be happy to learn that today's weapons designed for battlefield, in the context of the discussion, ARE banned from sale to the public. Anything manufactured AFTER 86 is banned.
So not sure what you want banned.
Which point is that,Ok, my point stands.

That I favor their banning
Or
That I do so because they are scary looking

You understand these two propositions are different, right?

I do. And when YOU actually discuss a topic I care what you think. But it is rare you actually do without putting on the Askhole act.Blackvegetable » 14 Oct 2020, 9:31 am » wrote: ↑ Ask around and see if anyone gives a **** what you think, Vag....
Huey » 15 Oct 2020, 2:20 pm » wrote: ↑ I can only assume since you want a weapon that is designed specifically for civilian banned is because it looks scary. You refuse to post any reason based on function they should be banned. The weapons you buy in the store are not designed for military use. Those are already banned. So present an argument.
And support it.
For what - do your citations CONSISTENTLY state - were these weapons designed and developed?I can only assume since you want a weapon that is designed specifically for civilian banned is because it looks scary.

What year weapons?Blackvegetable » 15 Oct 2020, 3:28 pm » wrote: ↑ For what - do your citations CONSISTENTLY state - were these weapons designed and developed?
I am sure if you wish to make a point as you run from your obvious defeat you can post it. I am not here to chase the internet for you points.Blackvegetable » 15 Oct 2020, 3:38 pm » wrote: ↑ The OP compares the total number of deaths resulting from knifeplay with those resulting from Rambocosplay...
What is the per instance number for each modality?
At no point does the OP touch on functionality...Huey » 15 Oct 2020, 3:42 pm » wrote: ↑ I am sure if you wish to make a point as you run from your obvious defeat you can post it. I am not here to chase the internet for you points.
Now, about functionality? Ready to discuss it?
Show me "specifically designed for"...Huey » 15 Oct 2020, 3:41 pm » wrote: ↑ What year weapons?
Nope, my sources do not consistently state that. What they state is the semi auto sport rifles is specifically designed, manufactured and sold to civilians.
Again, we return to the functionality question you are so afraid to address. The weapons you fear are already banned OR if manufactured before 1986 SEVERELY restricted.
Why do we return here?Again, we return to the functionality question you are so afraid to address.
Oh no. It is too late for you to run from the multiple pages of thread creep that you participated.Blackvegetable » 15 Oct 2020, 3:45 pm » wrote: ↑ At no point does the OP touch on functionality...
It does touch on deaths resulting from the two terminal events.
Please try to contain yourself to the OP.
Blackvegetable » 15 Oct 2020, 3:47 pm » wrote: ↑ Show me "specifically designed for"...
Why do we return here?
Why am I obliged to address it?
I don't see it mentioned in the OP..
Wow....more assertions..Huey » 15 Oct 2020, 3:50 pm » wrote: ↑ I have shown you specifically designed for in the past. Not doing it again. Even the COlt sporter was.
With that said your argument is these weapons were specifically designed for the battlefield. Well, if they did, you should be able to show me the functions I mentioned on a store bought semi auto sports rifle. If you can't, they were not designed for the battlefield.
No....that is completely wrong..With that said your argument is these weapons were specifically designed for the battlefield. Well, if they did, you should be able to show me the functions I mentioned on a store bought semi auto sports rifle. If you can't, they were not designed for the battlefield.
Look I assume you want the ar15 banned. But I kinda assume that the only reason you want that is because political pundits have told you that you should want it. I doubt they explained why and I doubt you can't articulate why.Blackvegetable » 15 Oct 2020, 7:13 pm » wrote: ↑ Wow....more assertions..

What I have to show you is credible citations supporting my argument...
But your idiocy doesn't just break down there...
Is there anything in it for me?FOS » 15 Oct 2020, 7:34 pm » wrote: ↑ Look I assume you want the ar15 banned. But I kinda assume that the only reason you want that is because political pundits have told you that you should want it. I doubt they explained why and I doubt you can't articulate why.
What specifically about the ar15 makes you think it should be banned?
Are you okay with police using the ar15? Military? Who should it be restricted to, then? Why?
Well since my assumptions were correct, no. You are just parroting opinions you were told to have by other people. Your attempt to answer my questions would only prove it. You should probably follow mark twain advice.
