I live on a rural road... On top of hill.? A blind hill.... we have this kid... that moved in down the road...? about eighteen... He flies by my house... about eighty... I am NOT Fooling ... he should be going may-be twenty five miles an hour..
My neighbor has five dogs... twenty seven  cats... I called her yesterday? she's afraid to say anything.. she's a crazy nut... turtles,cats,cows- moo- moo
 I have two beautiful dogs..
What should I do? I looked up the road... and saw  a sign.. an old man.... the sign said please.....Slow down...? I have an old dog here...  Rottie? slow the F-down...
in all my life I have never reported anyone or narc-ed out?
on anything.
.But I really have had enough?
His name is Russel Jr.. His dad hit a  tree  and Killed his beautiful wife under age  thirty? and left two adorable kids with out parents... guess bad genes run deep? any advice... I figure he wont make it that long... any advice?
 
 

I remember another incident.. Four young men in a car... me ….up in middle of the night... up as always... BANG? WTF? at the time nasty father was here... we didn't waste any time... bang.. we rode down... the kids had hit a bump...went air born... lodged about six feet up in the tree? we called nine one one… And all we could say was...You stoopid arsses..
down the line that father of the kid plowed my driveway..
Nice man.. His kid ended up being paralyzed from the neck down... it was his kid.... For life.. very sad story....

I' m thinking of putting a sign UP?
i would like some advice.. and I do not want one person say tie your dog up...
there's no way anyone should be driving THAT fast on my road... threre are also kids on the road... chain them too...

I am going to post a line of pic so you can fold 7 degrees of separation and give it to him if you can get him to stop and chat.. While chatting with him don't bring up his reckless operation of the motor vehicle, just give him the origami as tell him this defines kinetic karma and his time is the center point of living space mutually timed apart now?

He's just a stoopid kid.. doubt he would listen to anything.. full of testosterone.  I imagine as he drives to town he doesn't slow down by anyone's house.. it six miles to town.

and  I WATCH the dog... he is very smart. He  knows he's not supposed to be in the road.. I nicknamed him SHIFTY..... Don't go near the road I said...
Then I watched him... go in thru the side gargage door... walk  thru the garage and out the open overhead doors on the other end... which is by the road... which I cant see from the house.. and SNEAK into the road.. yep. shifty.      
he's free range..  the other one goes out on clothes line.. he takes off fast.

You could put up a sign but will he pay any attention to it.... and talking to him probably won't do much good either... but you could try, explain about the cats and your dogs, not about it being dangerous for himself ... what may motivate him is a few speeding tickets... that worked for me... lol... but I'm not sure how that works in the middle of the woods... no speeding cameras... and no police watching for speeders either...  and I don't suppose the the local government will put a speed bump in the road if you ask for it.... they do over here, you wouldn't believe how many speedbumps I have to go over when I go to the office... luckily they aren't on the bicycle paths... yet....
