Nobody in modern times and certainly never a sitting President has ever thought about obstructing the count of certified electoral votes, and none ever entered into a criminal conspiracy to accomplish it.

Mr Pence, what did Donald Trump repeatedly request you to do?

Just that proves up Count 3, attempted Obstruction
But the conspiracy is ten times worse. It was a cold blooded scheme. There are six co conspirators at the top and who knows how many more had to be involved to convene false electors (call them alternates if you’d like) in seven different states, which included solid blue New Mexico where there is no argument about Biden winning, and that part will be the best television ever to watch.
They plotted a peaceful coup.
Trump’s belief in voter fraud is not relevant, but he can’t have had any belief he won New Mexico, in any event.
