"On the heels of the public exposure of a memo from lawyer Kenneth Chesebro proposing what would become the central strategy of Donald Trump's attempted coup on Jan. 6, 2021, Politico has a new overview of Chesebro's role in the conspiracy that's worth a read.

Chesebro only made it to Co-Conspirator 5 status in Trump's newest federal indictment, overshadowed by figures such as hoax architect Rudy Giuliani and lawyer John Eastman, but in memos it was Chesebro who laid out each of the core elements of the plan for then-Vice President Mike Pence and Congress to simply nullify the election's results come Jan. 6. Yea, a BLM guy that set fire to a building and killed a man (with wife and 5 kids) only got 10 years after the DoJ argued for a shorter sentence, said he wasn't really a bad guy and just got caught up in the "mob mentality".

Question, why were no liberals arrested and prosecuted when they took over the Senate building, stopping the Senate from being able to hold hearings/confirmation of Justice Kavanuagh?

First, you're an idiot.  You're asking ME why Trump's own justice department did or did not DO something.  How the hell would I know why a government department led by Jeff Sessions made the decisions they made?  Ask them.  Jeff Sessions did not have me on speed dial back in those days.

Second, you're a liar.  The Kavanaugh protestors did not stop the Senate from being able to hold hearings/confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh.  They briefly disrupted them for only a matter of minutes.  The hearings/confirmation proceeded as scheduled.

Third, you're a traitorous fraud.  Equating the Kavanaugh Protests to January 6th is beyond ludicrous.
